Here is an example of a big overbite with the top teeth protruding forward over the bottom jaw. This patient would have needed two phases of treatment. The first phase of treatment  helped the patients jaws move to a more equal and aligning position. Second aligned teeth and bite perfectly. This patient had a three year treatment from start to finish.
